
I sincerely hope that you enjoy the blend of Asian food and find the atmosphere to be an intoxicating blend of many different Asian cultures. In fact, it was the blend between the intricacies and exquisite taste of Thai food, together with the top-selling food in the UK - Indian cuisine - combined with the colourful culture and heritage of both countires that inspired me to combine both cuisines under one roof.
I opened my first restaurant in 1988 and have gone on to found the Blue Orchid group, an elite chain of restaurants in Southern England which specialise in the finest Thai cuisine and particularly luxurious Thai ambiance. I currently spend approximately four months per year in Thailand and personally source all my own decor and furniture from my trips to this beautiful land, as well as leading the recruitment of our chefs - all of whom have previous experience in some of Thailand’s top hotels and restaurants. As a result I can assure you that, not only is the setting and ambiance genuine, but the delicious food and service is authentic too.
It is my genuine hope that the consequence of combining two such diverse and colourful cultures, both with such a wonderful mixture of hospitality and delectable fare, is an equally memorable and mouth-watering experience for you today!
