Ingredients:

4 ea King Prawn, preferably 6/8 size with shell
30gr onions
50gr red and green capsicum
2 sp Thai fish sauce
10gr sweet basil leave
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp chopped small red chilli
1 tsp cooking salt
2 tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup tamarind Juice
Juice of 1 lime
50gr sweet chilli sauce bright
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe :

1. Clean ,wash and split prawn carefully from behind ,then grille until cooked keep in warmer
2. Dice onion, red and green capsicum, then put in a saucepan with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil , saute’ and the chopped small red chilli, garlic chopped , keep slow cooking
3. Add the tamarind juice and sweet chilli sauce, wait a smelling is now come
4. Put sugar, salt, lime juice together then testy after that put sweet basil leave
5. Take this sauce on top to the grilled king prawn
6. Use coriander garnish and look nice for special of dish
7. Serve with steam rice
