| (Dry roast the above spices and coarsely grind in a coffee grinder) |
Method:
1. Clean, wash pat dry the scallops and refrigerate
2. Crust 08 scallops each with sesame and onion seeds mixture, chilly garlic and ground spice mixture and keep it aside for grilling later.
3. Heat oil in a pan to medium hot and grill three type crusted scallops for 25 to 30 seconds one side and 25 seconds on other side.
4. Arrange one each type scallops on a plate and serve with crunchy salad
