Born in a remote village in the Northeast of Thailand, 38 year old Suchart was professionally trained before heading mulitple Five Star establishments all over Thailand. Having achieved a reputation for himself, he was head-hunted by the Hyatt Regency Group of Hotels to head their Thai kitchens in Hua Hin.

On learning of Suchart during one of his many recruitment visits to Thailand, Khaled Mannan enticed him away into his Blue Orchid Group of Thai Restaurants in the South of England.

His authentic cooking has been a success wherever he has gone. Naturally, it seems prudent for him to join us and bring his Chef’s magic to our latest extravagant venture in multi cuisine dining at our lavish DineAsia restaurant.
